I joined this project in May 2019, and my experience has been mixed. Initially, the project faced challenges with a rude and undisciplined partner but he maintained quality. The journey included obstacles like COVID, funding issues, & missing appropriations. The current leadership is capable and transparent, providing regular updates. The premises' location is excellent with great facilities, and the builder's specifications are impressive. Execution remains a concern, but overall, we hope for a fantastic outcome. The project, paused during the 8th-floor construction due to COVID lockdown and government approvals, is now under the management of Narendra Babu and Prakash. Most approvals are secured, and both directors are committed and transparent. They aim to complete the project by March 2025. Located in a prime area in Bangalore with nearby offices, hospitals, schools, and metro access, the project boasts top-quality materials and workmanship as per specifications. The new management plans to introduce EV charging stations, gas pipelines, and Mitsubishi lifts, adhering to green building concepts. We trust the directors and their positive actions.

I'm really impressed by HighCliff Apartments. When I booked my flat in 2019, only two basement levels and the first floor were completed. But within a year, they managed to build eight floors! Even during the challenges of COVID-19 and other unforeseen issues, Mr. Narendra and Mr. Prakash took charge and revived the project. They reassured us, the existing unit holders, that our investments were safe. Despite hurdles like TDR loading, they persisted and got things done. I'm confident that with their leadership, the project will fulfill its promises and attract new customers.

I Choice Hiren Wahen for my home, and although we encountered some initial delays, I'm happy to report that we're back on track now. Communication has been crucial throughout. Despite challenges, Mr. Naren Babu, the builder, has kept me informed about delays, showing transparency and dedication to keeping me updated. Any issues were swiftly resolved, highlighting a commitment to problem-solving and my satisfaction. The quality of materials used is top-notch, and the location is another great advantage of this project.
