The project, paused during the 8th-floor construction due to COVID lockdown and government approvals, is now under the management of Narendra Babu and Prakash. Most approvals are secured, and both directors are committed and transparent. They aim to complete the project by March 2025. Located in a prime area in Bangalore with nearby offices, hospitals, schools, and metro access, the project boasts top-quality materials and workmanship as per specifications. The new management plans to introduce EV charging stations, gas pipelines, and Mitsubishi lifts, adhering to green building concepts. We trust the directors and their positive actions.

I'm really impressed by HighCliff Apartments. When I booked my flat in 2019, only two basement levels and the first floor were completed. But within a year, they managed to build eight floors! Even during the challenges of COVID-19 and other unforeseen issues, Mr. Narendra and Mr. Prakash took charge and revived the project. They reassured us, the existing unit holders, that our investments were safe. Despite hurdles like TDR loading, they persisted and got things done.
