Our business process

We work with you and think and feel like you as the founder

A mentor is someone who knows all about your business and is your partner and sounding board at all times within all your constraints

Mentor will be engaged with the company, as someone who is in the know of all that is happening in all facets of the company. One fundamental premise of the model is to ensure that he is an insideroutsider. Mentor has to have a skin in the game and not merely be an advisor and not be on the fringes.

The Mentor would be engaged with the entrepreneur for anyway from 4-8 times in a month. This number is only to ensure there is a minimum number of touch points to ensure daily operational pressures do not push out this strategy discussions, reviews and follow up calls/meetings...

We create digital ideas that are bigger, braver and better.
The commercials around Mentor engagement has 2 parts :
a. Stocks of the company ranging from 2~ 4 %
Stocks in the company in the Single digit %age, to ensure there is skin in the game and would continue to be engaged in the long term growth of the company
a. Monthly retainer
- A monthly retainer ensures minimum commitment from the part of the entrepreneur. As is the situation in most cases early stage startups are very low on cash. Considering that and based on the stage of the company monthly retainer can also be low initially, with a commitment to pay the arrears when able.

Post engagement the mentor would spend time with the entrepreneur in understanding the company, its genesis, current status, current pain points and future plans.

Mentor would be available for any meetings mostly virtual, however would be available for important face to face meetings too. The need for a face to faceexternal meeting could be as a key hire, or a pitch to an important client or investor.

Given below is a process flow which explains the engagement model and is indicative as working models can vary from company to company

Master, Guru, Adviser, Guide, Business Mentor is important for entrepreneur during all stages of his journey. Even those who have built pretty large companies have taken the help an continue taking the advice of experienced on how to grow the business.

The flow diagram of a typical engagement model is how deeply engaged the mentorship from 11.1 KM-s is. A Business Incubator would give space, access to lectures from experts, and perhaps opportunity to showcase to some VCs. Mentorship programs from 11.1 KM-S would be a continual process with discussions & strategies, around product, service, pricing. go-to-market, HR, reviews etc.

The difference between Business Mentor vs Coach is availability to review, discuss, take stock and again go to the drawing board along with the founder
