Welcome to ReCirc ("we," "our," "us"). By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
By accessing or using ReCirc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The App allows users to list and browse products. You may only use the App in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to use the App:

You are responsible for all activities under your account, even if those activities are conducted by others.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ReCirc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content in connection with the operation of the App.
You agree not to upload or share any User Content that:
The App may offer in-app purchases, including but not limited to premium features, subscriptions, or digital goods. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms provided by the respective third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store). All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason solely based on our discretion.Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReCirc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReCirc, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
We may update or change these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
