Mr. Hans Høiskar is the Founder and CEO of Skanse Limited, an organization established to provide in-depth knowledge and expert services delivered in a diligent and compliant manner to investors and companies wishing to do business in the Middle East and Africa.
After his graduation as a Petroleum Engineer from the University of Trondheim, Norway he entered the oil industry and spent his first decade of his career with Schlumberger Wireline Services, most of which were based in Iraq. Since leaving Schlumberger, Hans Høiskar held a number of senior positions, both in the oilfield service sector and with operating oil companies.
He is also the Founder & CEO of Petronor Group which was incorporated to provide consultation and support to organizations looking to remote locations. Building on the expertise from his time in Schlumberger, Hans Høiskar and his team developed services and support for the international oil companies and contractors in difficult operating environments.
